A neutral spirit base for spiced cold cocktails - Christmas cosmopolitans, peppermint or gingerbread martinis where the flavour comes from the rest of the glass.
Flavour profile
Vodka does its best winter work as a clean backbone for cold cocktails where another ingredient is the star - pomegranate, cranberry, peppermint, gingerbread syrup. It will not give you a great warm cocktail on its own (there is nothing to develop with heat), but in a stirred or shaken seasonal martini it lets the flavouring speak. Keep it in the freezer.
