Simon Raedts started Wintercocktail.com.

He has been making his own drinks for years, from scratch where he can. Liqueur starts at the beginning: water, sugar and yeast become a wash, and the wash goes into the copper still. Moonshining, as a hobby.

Mixology and cocktails come with it. Cocktails in summer, liqueurs in winter. The genre in between was simply unknown to him, and he fell straight into that gap.

Then he found winter cocktails. A personal logbook turned into a personal database, and from there the step to a website was a small one.
